Terms of Service

When you buy AI Mastery, you get a personal licence to watch every course in it and use its materials. Access is for life.

It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. Every new course we add to AI Mastery is included at no extra cost.

The courses are for you. You may not share your login, resell, copy, record or post the videos, prompts or files anywhere.

Videos and paid materials are watermarked to you. If we find a leak, we may remove your access and seek damages.

Your account and your lifetime access are created the moment your payment clears. AI Mastery is being recorded course by course, so lessons appear in your account as each one is finished. Every one of them is included in what you already paid, and every course we add later is too.

A lesson is delivered to you once you can watch it. From that point the sale is final for that lesson. Before your first lesson unlocks, nothing has been delivered, so you can still cancel for a full refund. See the Refund Policy for the detail and for the rights we always honor.

Prices show in your local currency where we support it. Indian prices include GST where it applies. Your bank may add fees. Founding prices can rise as the catalog grows.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. We check the price on our own server when you pay.

Courses are final once you unlock them. We still honor the rights the law gives you, such as a faulty course, a course that is not as described, or a payment that did not give you access. The Refund Policy explains exactly how this works.

Our course teaches you how to use AI tools yourself. A course is not a job and not a promise of any result. What you get from a course depends on your own work.

Hire FabRich is separate from our course. It is a done-for-you service where we build a custom system for your business. Each build runs under a written scope we agree with you first.

We deliver the work in that scope. We do not promise any income, or any business result beyond the agreed spec. If the delivered work does not match the scope, we rework it until it does. That rework is the remedy, not a cash refund.

Payment for build work follows your agreement, such as a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee to run it. These terms, plus any written scope we both sign, are the whole agreement for that work.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the course. We are not liable for indirect or knock-on loss.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your consumer rights at home.

These terms follow the law of India, and disputes are heard there. This does not take away the consumer rights you have at home. If you buy from the EU, the UK or another country, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of that country and may use your local consumer forums.

We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you share your login, pirate or leak the videos, prompts or files, chargeback a payment for content we delivered, use a false identity or payment method, or abuse our team. These are breaches of these terms.

A chargeback or dispute for a course you were given access to is a breach, not a refund route. If something is wrong, email us first and we will fix it faster than a bank dispute. We keep records of your purchase, your consent at checkout, and your access, and we use them to answer disputes.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as outages, third-party tool changes, or acts of God. These terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the whole agreement between us.

We may update these terms. Big changes will be posted here with a new date.
