I am the guy brands pay to make one product video. I know exactly what that line item costs, because it lands in my inbox. A brand picks a creator, waits a week for a slot, waits another week for the edit, then finds out the hook did not land and has nothing to test against. One video, a lot of money, one shot.
My AI content has crossed over ten million views across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. I have built automations, agents, apps, websites, and more with AI for myself and for real businesses, and now I teach AI to millions of people across several countries so they get ahead in the AI race. So when I saw I could skip that whole cycle from inside a Claude chat, I tested it on camera the same day.
This is that exact setup, the real one I run, written out properly instead of squeezed into a 38 second reel. You will not find it laid out like this anywhere else, only here on FabRich. If any step looks technical, relax. There is nothing to install and no code to write, and at the end I hand you one prompt that does the whole thing for you.
What you are actually building
Claude cannot make video on its own. Higgsfield can. A connector is the wire between them. Once that wire exists, you stop opening a separate video tool, and you just ask Claude in plain words for the ad you want. It picks the model, runs it, and hands the file back in the same conversation.
The wire is called MCP, the Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard for giving an AI assistant access to an outside tool. Higgsfield runs a hosted MCP server, so there is nothing for you to host, install, or maintain.
Anthropic's help center: get started with custom connectors using remote MCPHiggsfield MCP (the connector page, with the server URL)- Works in Claude on the web, in the Claude desktop app, and in Cowork.
- Available on free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans. Free accounts get one custom connector.
- No API key. You sign in with your Higgsfield account and it uses that account's credits.
- More than thirty models behind the one connector, including Soul 2.0, Nano Banana Pro, Seedance 2.0, Kling 3, GPT Image 2 and Veo.
- Images up to 4K, video clips up to fifteen seconds each.
The part that makes mine different
Most people connect Higgsfield, type make me a video, and get something that looks like an AI video. That is the trap. The model is not the sauce. The brief is.
I never ask for a video. I give Claude three things it cannot guess: the real product photo, the real product page so it can read what the thing actually does, and the one line I want the viewer to walk away believing. Then I make Claude write the brief back to me before it spends a single credit. If the brief is wrong, I fix words, not renders. That one habit is the whole difference between an ad you would run and a clip you delete.
Rule I run on everything: never let an AI spend money before it has shown me its plan in plain words. Renders cost credits. Sentences are free.
Step 1: add Higgsfield as a custom connector
This is the only setup in the whole guide and it takes about a minute. In Claude, open Customize, go to Connectors, click Add, then choose Add custom connector. Paste the Higgsfield MCP address, give it the name Higgsfield, and save. Claude will ask you to sign in to Higgsfield. Sign in and you are done.
https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp
You should now see Higgsfield listed in your connectors with a connected state. If you are on a free Claude account and you already have one custom connector, remove that one first, because free accounts are limited to one.
Create a Higgsfield account (the connector signs in with this)Step 2: gather the three things Claude cannot guess
Before you prompt anything, put these in front of you. It takes two minutes and it is the difference between one good ad and twenty throwaways.
- A clean product photo. Plain background, good light, the product filling most of the frame.
- The product page link, so Claude can read what it does and who it is for instead of inventing it.
- One sentence: the single thing you want a viewer to believe after watching.
If you only have a phone photo on a messy table, use it. Higgsfield will still work. But a clean photo raises the floor on everything that comes after, and it costs you nothing but thirty seconds.
Step 3: make it write the brief before it spends credits
This is the step everyone skips and it is the one that saves your credits. You are asking Claude to think in words first, and only render once you approve.
Here is my product photo and my product page: [PASTE LINK] Before you generate anything, read the page and write me a UGC ad brief in plain words. No video yet. Give me: 1. Who this is for, in one sentence, based on the page and not on a guess. 2. The one thing a viewer should believe after watching. 3. The first three seconds, described shot by shot. 4. What the person on camera says, in under twenty words. 5. Which Higgsfield model you plan to use and why that one. Keep it short. Do not spend any credits yet. Wait for me to say go.
Read what comes back. If the audience is wrong or the first three seconds are boring, say so in plain words and make it rewrite. You can do this five times for free. Once the brief is right, you say go, and only then does it render.
Step 4: generate, then make variants
One ad is a test you cannot read. Three ads with different hooks tell you which idea works. Ask for the variants in the same chat, because Claude already has the brief and the brand context loaded, so you are not re-explaining anything.
The brief is approved. Now do this: 1. Generate the ad from the approved brief. 2. Then make two more versions that keep the same product and the same person, and change ONLY the first three seconds and the spoken line. - Version B: open on the problem, not the product. - Version C: open mid-sentence, like the viewer walked in halfway. 3. Keep all three vertical, 9:16. 4. Tell me what each version costs in credits before you run it. When they are done, list the three and tell me in one line which you would run first and why.
The one prompt that does all of it
If you skipped everything above, this is the part that matters. Paste this into Claude once the connector is on. It interviews you, writes the brief, checks with you, renders, and makes the variants. It will not spend credits without asking.
You are my patient ad producer. I am not a video editor and not a coder. Use plain words, one step at a time. Never rush me and never assume. GOAL: a finished vertical UGC ad for my product, made with the Higgsfield connector, plus two variants I can test against it. ## PHASE 0 - ASK ME FIRST (do not do anything else yet) Ask me these one at a time and WAIT for my answer before the next one: 1. What is your product, and can you paste the product page link? 2. Can you attach a clean product photo? 3. Who is this ad for, and what is the one thing they should believe after watching? 4. What is your budget in Higgsfield credits for this session? If I do not know, say "you decide" and keep it small. ## PHASE 1 - READ, DO NOT GUESS Read the product page I gave you. Tell me back, in five short lines: what the product is, who it is for, the strongest real claim on the page, the weakest one, and one thing the page is missing that an ad would need. If the page contradicts what I told you, say so plainly. Then STOP and ask me to confirm before you continue. ## PHASE 2 - THE BRIEF (still no credits spent) Write the ad brief in plain words: - The first three seconds, shot by shot. - The spoken line, under twenty words, written how a real person talks. - What is on screen when the product first appears. - The ending frame. - Which Higgsfield model you will use and one sentence on why that one. Show me the estimated credit cost. Then STOP and wait for me to say go. Do not render anything before I say go. ## PHASE 3 - MAKE THE AD Generate the approved ad through the Higgsfield connector, vertical 9:16. Tell me what I should see when it is done, and show it to me. If it fails or looks wrong, do not silently retry and burn credits. Tell me what went wrong and what you want to change, and wait. ## PHASE 4 - THE VARIANTS Make two more versions, same product and same person, changing ONLY the first three seconds and the spoken line: - B opens on the problem, not the product. - C opens mid-sentence, like the viewer walked in halfway. Show me the credit cost before each one. ## PHASE 5 - HAND OFF List the three ads. In one line each, tell me the idea being tested. Then tell me which one you would run first and why, in plain words. Finally, write me the one sentence I should paste next time I want another batch for a different product. ## RULES FOR YOU, THE WHOLE TIME - Plan in words before you spend a credit. Sentences are free, renders are not. - Ask before anything that costs money. Always show the credit estimate first. - Change only what I asked you to change. - Explain like I have never made an ad before. No jargon without a plain-word translation. - If you are unsure about anything, stop and ask me. Do not guess. - Keep going until all three ads exist, but the moment you are unsure, stop and ask. - Never invent a claim about my product that is not on the page I gave you.
That last rule is not decoration. An ad that invents a claim about your product is a legal problem, not a creative one. Keep it in the prompt.
How you make ads from now on
Once the connector is on, your new normal is short. New product, new chat. Drop the photo and the link. Paste the prompt. Answer four questions. Approve the brief. Get three ads. The whole loop is minutes, and it happens in the same place you already talk to Claude.
When something works, do not start over. Go back to the chat that made it and ask for five more in the same shape with a different hook. Higgsfield's brand kits hold your logo and colors steady across the batch, so version six still looks like your brand. You are not learning to edit video, you are directing a studio that never sleeps.
If something goes wrong
- The connector will not save: check you pasted the address exactly and that you are on Claude web, the desktop app, or Cowork. Custom connectors reach your server from Anthropic's cloud, so the server has to be public, which Higgsfield's is.
- Claude says it cannot add another connector: you are on a free plan and already have one. Free accounts are limited to a single custom connector. Remove the old one or upgrade.
- Claude connected but will not generate: open Higgsfield in a browser and check you are signed in and have credits. The connector spends your Higgsfield balance, not Claude's.
- The person looks wrong or the product is warped: do not re-render on hope. Go back to the brief, fix the words, then render once. Rendering repeatedly is how people burn a month of credits in an afternoon.
- The ad invents a feature your product does not have: your brief let it. Add the line about never inventing a claim, and paste the product page again.
- It picked a slow expensive model: tell it which model to use by name and ask for the credit estimate before every render.
- Do I need to know how to edit video?
- No. You never open an editor. You describe what you want in plain words and Claude runs the video model for you. If any step feels advanced, use the one big prompt near the end, it does the whole thing and asks you simple questions along the way.
- Do I need an API key?
- No. The connector signs in with your Higgsfield account. There is no key to copy and nothing to paste into a config file.
- Is it free?
- The connector is free to add. The videos are not. Every generation spends credits from your Higgsfield plan. Higgsfield changes its plans often, so check the current pricing on their site rather than trusting a number you read somewhere.
- Does this work on the free Claude plan?
- Yes, with one limit. Free accounts can have one custom connector at a time. If you already use another connector you will need to remove it or move to a paid plan.
- How long can the videos be?
- Clips run up to fifteen seconds each, and images go up to 4K. For a longer ad you generate several clips and cut them together, or you ask for a batch and pick the best.
- Can I keep the same person across many ads?
- Yes. Higgsfield can train a consistent character, and its brand kits keep your logo and colors steady across a batch, so a series still looks like one brand.
- Do I have to tell people the ad is AI?
- If you are running it as an ad, label it. The person in the video is generated and is not a real customer, and advertising rules in most places expect viewers not to be misled about who is endorsing something. It costs you nothing to be straight about it.
- Will this replace hiring a creator?
- For testing hooks, mostly yes, because you can make ten and find out. For a real brand face that people come back for, no. Use this to find the idea that works, then spend the money on the version worth spending it on.
